Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to Pace-O-Matic’s President and/or CEO. This role manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Travel, including overnight stays, is expected for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Support internal and external communications.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
- Can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
- Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
- Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the President/CEO by maintaining effective relationships with interested parties.
