Pace-O-Matic is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for technology to join our next R&D generation. We take pride in our fast-paced environment and team of creative staff.
This role will concept, design, and animate content for various brand materials that promote the company and/or our products. Including the following: videos and graphics for games, social platform posts, website elements and promotional materials as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Work with teammates to create polished through our production pipeline
  • Overseeing and maintaining brand consistency within all design projects
  • Maintain brand guidelines and standards
  • Reporting to team leaders and implementing feedback
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and use effective time management to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, workflows and platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in an art related role as a motion graphics designer, or related art field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Develop various Animations and Transitions using Motion Graphics and Visual Effects to enhance products across different digital platforms
  • Design and create original graphics to be used in related game and marketing projects
  • Ability to enhance 3D renders by compositing and enhancing them in After Effects
  • Applying the principles of design, typography, and color theory to create engaging and compelling media
  • Ability to perform image editing tasks using Photoshop
  • Demonstrates a strong eye for detail and the ability to think creatively to develop unique designs that consistently communicates brand identity
  • Proficient in organization and time management of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effectively communicates and works collaboratively with multiple internal teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your proficiency in motion graphics, animation techniques, and understanding of design principles
  • A passion for making industry leading games
  • Experience with Illustration and 2D character animation a plus
  • Experience with Maya and workflows a plus
